한 인류학자가 아프리카의 어떤 부족의 어린이들과 게임을 했다.

그는 과실들이 가득 담긴 바스켓을 나무 아래에 놓은 다음, 그들에게 말했는데

"저 나무로 첫 번째로 달려가 도착한 어린이가 전체 바스켓을 가질 것이다"라고.

그리고 그가 그들에게 달리기 신호를 주었을 때, 그는 그들이 단순히 함께 손을 잡고

그 나무로 걸어가서, 과일을 함께 나누는 것을 보고 놀랐다.

그가 왜 그렇게 했느냐고 물었을 때, 그들은 "우분투UBUNTU"라고 대답했다.

"어떻게 우리 중 하나가 행복하고, 나머지가 불행해질 수 있나요?"

우분투는 '나는, 우리들이 있기 때문에 있다I AM, BECAUSE WE ARE'를 의미한다.

그 어린아이들은 생명/삶의 총체적 원칙과 행복의 진정한 근원을 이해하고 있었다.

전체 세계가 '우분투'를 알 필요가 있는데,

그것이 이 깨어남awakending이 모두 무엇에 대한 것인가일 때 말이다.

 

An anthropologist played a game with some children of an African tribe.

He placed a basket full of fruit under a tree and told them: ‘The first child to reach the tree will get the whole basket’

When he gave them the start signal, he was surprised that they simply walked together, holding hands, until they reached the tree and shared the fruit!

When he asked them why they did that, they answered: “Ubuntu”
“How can one of us be happy while the rest are miserable?"

Ubuntu means: ‘I am, because we are’. 

Those young tribal kids understand the entire principle of life and the true source of happiness. The whole world needs to understand ‘Ubuntu’, that’s what this awakening is all about.
