하나의 인간으로서 네가 할 가장 중요한 일들의 하나는 너 자신과 함께 앉는 것이고, 너의 고통과 함께 있는 것이다. 이것은 거기 머무는 것을 의미하지 않지만, 그것은 그것이 무엇인지에 대해, 그것이 과거에 네가 하도록 추진했을 수 있는 것에 대해 그것을 인정함을 의미한다. 지금은 그것으로부터 달리기를, 자기-투약함을, 숨는 것을 멈출 시간이다. 너의 존재/삶의 어느 다른 측면과 같이, 그것은 인정받고 존중될 가치가 있는데, 방출되기 전에 말이다. 친애하는 이여, 너는 이것을 너 자신에게 빚지고 있으며... 지금은 그 시간인데... 우리가 시작하도록 하자. - 창조자

 

One of the most important things you will do as a human is sit with yourself and be with your pain. This does not mean staying there, but it does mean acknowledging it for what it is and what it may have driven you do in the past. It is time to stop running, self-medicating against and hiding from it. Just like any other facet of your existence, it deserves to be recognized and honored before being released. Dear one, you owe this to yourself…it is time…let us begin. ~ Creator
