너희가 다음 전환의 최첨단에 서 있을 때, 계속 숨 쉬는 것을 기억해라/의식해라. 네가 이해하지 못하는 몇 가지 일들이 있을 수 있는데…. 여전히…. 그것은 괜찮다. 너의 하루에서 몇 순간을 가지고, 조용히 귀를 기울여 보아라…. 너는 네가 필요한 정보를 받게 될 것이다. 만약 어떤 상황이나 체험이 너를 불편하게 만들기 시작한다면, 너 자신이 뒤로 한 걸음 물러나게 허용해라, 그것을 다른 각도로부터 보아라, 그리고 필요하다면 도움을 요청해라. 이 시간에 너 자신과 너의 감정적 건강을 돌보는 것이 가장 중요하다. 언제나처럼, 너는 항상 사랑받고, 시종일관 보호받고 있다. - 창조자

 

As you stand on the leading edge of the next shift, remember to keep breathing. There may be a few things you do not understand…yet…and that is okay. Take a few moments out of your day and listen quietly; you will be given the information you need. If a situation or experience begins to make you uncomfortable, allow yourself step back, look at it from another angle and ask for help if needed.
