에너지와 변화의 거대한 파도들 사이의 고요 동안, 너 자신의 마음을 가다듬을 순간을 갖기보다는, 너는 그 간격들을 메울 무언가를 조사할 수 있다. 끊임없이 바쁜 것이 너의 시간을 차지하지만, 항상 너에게 봉사하는 것이 아닐 수 있다. 우주가 왜 반추할 시간을 공급하는가의 하나의 이유는... 몸/마음/영혼이 행함을 방출할 필요가 있고, 존재함 속으로 안도하는 것이 필요하기 때문이다. 기쁨은 네가 고요 속에 있기를 기다리고 있다! 여정의 분주함으로 그처럼 사로잡히지 말라, 네가 그 여정 그 자체를 잊어버릴 정도로. - 창조자

Constantly being busy engages your time but may not always serve you. There is a reason why The Universe provides reflection time…the body/mind/soul needs to release the doing and relax into be-ing.
