지구계의 변화들이 빠르고 강하게 올 때, 따라잡기가 도전적으로 될 수 있다. 하나의 조정이 만들어질 때, 모든 것이 바뀌는 듯 보이고, 너는 마치 네가 원점으로 돌아온 것처럼 느껴질 수 있다. 이러한 순간들이 일어날 때, 네가 지금 일어나고 있는 전환을 헤쳐나가는 데 필요한 모든 도구를 가지고 있음을 기억해라. 만약 네가 압도됨을 느끼기 시작한다면…. 심호흡하고, 한 걸음 물러나서, 너의 중심을 찾아라. 만약 네가 도움이 필요하다면 요청해라! 우주는 항상 너에게 신뢰하고 있으며, 지금은 그것을 너 자신 안에서 찾을 시간이다. - 창조자
