네가 가장 최근의 변화를 동화시킬 때/완전히 이해할 때, 너 자신과 다른 이들과 부드러워져라. 너는 세상에 있게 될 새로운 방식을 배우고 있고, 일부는 이것을 다른 이들보다 더 빨리 받아들일 수 있다. 네가 반대에 부딪힐 때, 한순간을 가지고 숨을 쉬어라. 네가 준비될 때, 그 해체를 서서히 시작해라, 네가 가면서 각각의 막/층을 내보내면서 말이다. 네가 그 뿌리에 도달할 때, 그것을 조건 없는 사랑으로 내보내고, 그런 다음 그 자리를 차지할 아름답고, 순수한 무언가의 의도를 놓아라. 우주는 전환이 우아하고, 평화로우며, 용이하도록 설계했는데…. 그것이 일어나게 해라. - 창조자

 

As you assimilate the most recent changes, be gentle with yourself and others. You are learning a new way to be in the world, and some may embrace this more quickly than others. When you encounter resistance, take a moment and breathe. When you are ready begin the deconstruction slowly, releasing each layer as you go. When you arrive at the root, send it off with unconditional love then set the intention of something beautiful and pure taking its place.
