지구의 파동이 앞으로 너무나 빨리 움직이고 있어, 많은 사람들이 주파수 변화로 조정하는 데 도전적인 시간을 보낸다. 이것은 감정적 폭발로, 낡은 제도의 조종으로, 그리고/또는 육체적 폭력으로 제시될 수 있다. 깨어난 사람으로서 무언가를 고치려고 시도하는 것은 너의 일이 아니며, 그러나 변화 속에 있으면서 그들 자신의 전진 운동의 조짐을 보이는 자들을 위해 공간을 확보하는 선택을 가져라. 그 문장 속의 핵심 단어는 선택이다! 너 자신을 돌아보고, 네가 개인적으로 어떻게 느끼는지를 평가하는 것은 너에게 너의 참가 수준에 대한 정보에 입각한 결정을 만들 한두 순간을 준다. 이기심에서 자신을 챙길 생각의 필요성을 버려라, 너 자신의 컵을 채워라, 그리고 나머지는 다른 사람들을 위한 것이다. 너는 항상 너의 선택들에서 사랑받고 지원받고 있다. - 창조자

 

The vibration of the Earth is moving forward so quickly that many people are having a challenging time adjusting to the frequency change. This may present as emotional outbursts, manipulation of the old system and/or physical violence. As an awakened person it is not your job to attempt to fix anything, however, do have a choice of holding space for those who are in flux and showing signs of their own forward movement. The key word in that sentence is choice! Checking in with yourself and assessing how you are feeling personally gives you a moment or two to make an informed decision on your level of participation. Release the need to think of practicing self-care as selfishness; fill your own cup and the rest is for others. You will always be loved and supported in your choices. ~ Creator
