가장 친애하는 이여, 부디 너 자신과 부드러워지기 위해 계속해라. 행동 속의 이 휴지기/멈춤이 다음 국면이 시작하기 전에 너의 전체 자아의 재정렬과 회복을 허용할 특정 목적을 위해 사용할 수 있게 만들어졌다. 우주는 네가 일하는 그 시급성을 이해하지만, 어떤 휴식도 너의 육체적/감정적/영적 몸을 어떤 다가올 통합을 늦추는 긴장의 위치로 넣지 않는다. 쉬어라, 네가 좋아하는 음식들을 먹고, 너의 삶으로 기쁨을 가져오는 일들을 보고/읽어라. 상승하는 길이 충분히 빨리 다시 시작할 것이다. 너는 휴식에 가치 있고, 그것을 받을 자격이 있는데…. 그것을 받아라! - 창조자
