우주는 네가 지난 며칠에 걸쳐 어떤 깊은 방출을 하고 있었음을 알며, 오고 있는 더 많은 것과 함께, 그것은 마치 네가 마라톤을 달리고 있는 듯이 느껴질 수 있다. 염두에 두어야 할 한 가지 일은, 네가 그 속도를 지배한다는 것이다! 만약 네가 일들이 더 느리게 움직이기를 원한다면, 요청해라. 만약 네가 그것이 가속하기를 좋아한다면, [그것도] 좋다. 그 선택은 너의 것이지만, 이것을 염두에 두어라, 그것이 가능한 한 빨리 해치우기 위해 일들을 방출하기를 유혹할 수 있다는 것인데, 그러나 이 순간에 그것이 너의 최고와 최선에 있는지를 살피고 보아라. 너는 다른 누구보다도 너를 더 잘 알고, 네가 무엇을 택할 수 있는지, 너의 내적 자아가 어떻게 변화를 받아들일 수 있는지를 정확히 알고 있다. 너의 몸과 영혼에 귀를 기울여라, 그러면 모든 것이 잘될 것이다. - 창조자

 

The Universe is aware that you have been doing some deep releasing over the past few days and, with more on the way, it may feel as if you are running a marathon. One thing to keep in mind; you control the pace! If you want things to move slower, ask. If you would like it to speed up, okay. The choice is yours but, keep this in mind; it may be tempting to release things as quickly as possible to get it over with but, check in and see if it is in your highest and best in this moment. You know you better than anyone else, know exactly what you can take and how your inner self accepts change. Listen to your body and soul and all will be well. ~ Creator
