아주 깊은숨을 들이켜라... 지금, 너의 의식을 너 자신을 넘어 보내어라...  그리고 단지 느껴라. 지금 일어나고 있는 변화들은 너희 지구계가 지금까지 체험했던 무엇보다 너무나 달라서 말로 넣는 것이 도전적인데, 따라서 너희는 그것을 너 자신이 체험할 필요가 있을 수 있다. 우주는 너희가 제시된 강렬한 배움으로 빛나는 일을 달성했음을, 그리고 현재의 휴식 시간이 받을 자격이 있고, 다음 파도가 도착하기 전에 매우 필요함을 너희가 알기를 원한다. 다음 며칠에 걸쳐...  강렬한 자기-돌봄의 어떤 시간을 가져라, 그것의 일부를 네가 이미 받은 것의 통합으로 쏟으면서 말이다. 이것은 다가올 사건과 지시를 위한 그 준비 과정을 시작할 것이다. 만약 네가 압도됨을 느끼기 시작한다면, 단지 도움을 요청해라. 어떤 형태로든 도움은 항상 너에게 사용할 수 있다! - 창조자

 

Take a very deep breath…now, send your consciousness out beyond yourself…and just feel. The changes going on now are so different from anything your Earth plane has experienced thus far, it is challenging to put into words so, you may need to experience it for yourself. The Universe wants to you to know that you have done a stellar job with the intense learning presented and the current rest period is well-deserved and very needed before the next wave comes arrives. Over the next few days…take some time for intensive self-care, devoting some of it to the integration of what you have already received. This will begin the process of preparation for upcoming events and instructions. If you begin to feel overwhelmed, just ask for help.
