가장 친애하는 이여... 우주는 에너지의 파도들로 거듭 다시 부딪치는 것이 도전적이고, 소모적일 수 있음을 알고 있다. 이러한 변화를 민감하게 느끼는 그러한 너희들은 붕괴의 갈림길에 있는 듯이 느낄 수 있다. 자신감을 가져라! 변화들이 마침내 너의 일부가 될 때, 평화와 사랑과 기쁨의 새로워진 감각이 그것을 대체할 것인데, 네가 지금 체험하고 있는 그 분투를 그처럼 가치 있게 만들면서 말이다. 기억해라, 네가 너희 지구계에서 다가오는 전환을 위해 힘을 모으고, 저장하고 있다는 것을. 너 자신을 부드럽게 대해라, 그리고 모든 것이 잘될 것임을 알아라. - 창조자
