오늘 한순간을 가지고, 너 자신에게 이 질문을 하여라; “내가 나를 돌보고 있는가, 아니면 내가 내 주변의 무질서(존재할 수도, 존재하지 않을 수도 있는) 속에 갇혀 있는가?” 네가 거대한 변화를 통과하고 있을 때, 내부적이 아닌 어떤 것에 초점을 주는 것이 매우 유혹적으로 될 수 있다. 너는 네가 지배력을 갖지 못한 일들이나, 너를 찢을 정도로 좌절시킨 일들로 방해된 너 자신을 발견할 수도 있다. 부디 기억해라, 너의 세계를 바꾸기 위해서는, 네가 먼저 내부로부터 시작해야만 한다는 것을. 하나의 상처는 먼저 외부에서 치유되지 않는다. 대신, 몸은 새로운 성장으로 그 갭을 메꾸기 시작할 텐데, 그것이 완전히 치유될 때까지 말이다. 그것은 영혼과도 같다. 너 자신에게 이 자기 돌봄과 사랑을 위한 그 시간과 공간을 허용해라. 그 최종 결과는 항상 보람된 것이 될 것이다. - 창조자

 

Take a moment today and ask yourself this question; “Am I taking care of myself or am I caught up in the chaos (that may or may not exist) around me?” When you are going through huge changes, it can be very tempting to focus on anything except what is internal. You may find yourself distracted by things you have no control over or that frustrate you to the point of tears. Please remember that to change your world, you must first start from within. A wound does not heal on the outside first. Instead, the body will begin to fill in the gap with new growth until it is completely healed. It is the same way with the soul. Allow yourself the time and space for this self-care and love. The end result will always be rewarding. ~ Creator
