너희가 너의 업그레이드들을 받을 때, 너의 나이 든 자아의 약간이 자기-보호의 수단으로써 나올 수 있다. 네가 기억할 필요가 있는 일들의 하나는 모든 이가 이것을 그들 자신의 버전으로 체험하고 있고, 다른 방식들로 대응할 것이라는 것이다. 다시금, 너의 새로운 기술들을 연습하는 것이 필요해질 수 있다. 입으로 내뱉는 대신, 네가 어떻게 행동하고/반응하기를 원하는가에 대해 생각할 한 순간을 가져라, 그런 다음 너 자신에게 “내가 하려고/말하려고 하는 것이 나 이외에 다른 사람에게 봉사할 것인가”를 물어라. 만약 그 대답이 노no라면, 그럼 그것은 다른 길을 선택하라는 너의 신호이다. 공감과 친절을 실행하는 항상 확장하는 빛의 존재들로서, 이것은 더 많은 성장과 배움을 위한 너의 기회이다. 친애하는 이여, 그것이 너를 지나가게 하지 마라. - 창조자

 

As you receive your upgrades, a bit of your old self may come out as a means of self-protection. One of the things you need to remember is that everyone is experiencing their own version of this and will respond in different ways. Again, practicing your new skills may be necessary. Instead of popping off at the mouth, take a moment to think about how you want to act/react then ask yourself, ‘Is what I am about to do/say going to serve anyone but me?” If the answer is no, then it is your signal to choose another path. As ever-expanding beings of light practicing compassion and kindness, this is your chance for more growth and learning. Do not let it pass you by, dear one. ~ Creator
