가끔 네가 돌아볼 때 네가 보는 모든 것이 무지개들과 유니콘들이고, 긍정적인 단언들과 좋은 생각들일 때, 모든 것이 빛이 된 듯, 행복한 듯이 보인다. 그것이 너를 그렇게 생각하게 만들지 않는가? 대부분의 시간 동안, 감정들과 그것들의 많은 것이 있다. 어떤 것은 어둡고 침울하며, 다른 것들은 밝고 가벼운데, 그러나 그것들은 모두 네가 체험하도록 된 감정들이다. 그다지 좋지 않은 감정들을 피해 갈 때, 너는 네 성장의 중요한 부분을 부인하고 있다. 부정적인 감정이 일어날 때, 그것은 배우기 위한 시간이다! 그것이 사라지기를 바라지 말고, 그것을 반짝거리는 것으로 덮지 마라. 그것은 그것이다. 그 근원을 찾고, 그것이 변형되도록 우주에 방출해라. 그것이 정말로 보살펴질 때, 그때 너는 네가 올바른 방향에서 움직이고 있음을 안다. - 창조자

 

Sometimes, when you look around all you see are rainbows and unicorns, positive affirmations and good thoughts; all appears to be light and happy. Makes you think, does it not? Most of the time, there are emotions and a lot of them. Some are dark and dank, others are bright and airy, but they are all emotions you are meant to experience. In sidestepping the not so good ones, you are denying an important part of your growth. When a negative emotion comes up, it is time to learn! Do not wish it away or cover it with glitter. It is what it is. Find the source and release it to The Universe to be transformed. When it is truly taken care of then you know you are moving in the right direction. ~ Creator
