오, 너희는 어떤 감정들의 롤러코스터를 이 지난 며칠 동안 가졌는가! 낡은 일들이 표면으로 나오고 있고, 네가 그것을 처리할 수 있는 것보다 더 빨리 터져 나오고 있다. 고조들이 너무나 높아서 너는 마치 네가 떠다니다 없어지는 것처럼 느낀다! 그다지 좋지 않은 일들이 올 때, 너의 몸과 영혼은 그 높은 느낌, 가볍게 떠오르는 빛으로 그 방출로 반응한다. 네가 이러한 순간 들에서 너 자신을 위해 할 수 있는 최선의 일은 너 자신을 부드럽고, 사랑스럽게 다루는 것이다. 너의 몸에 영양이 많고, 편안한 음식들을 공급해라, 그리고 매일 고요하고, 침입할 수 없는 공간에서 있을 다소의 시간을 가져라. 네가 통과해 가는데 그 오르락내리락하는 것이 도전적으로 될 수 있지만, 언제나처럼, 우주는 네가 그것을 할 수 있음을 알고 있고, 너를 지원하고 있다.

 

이 전환의 또 다른 주목할 가치 있는 영향력은 일부 사람들이 매우 급히, 사전 통고 없이 건너가기를 선택하고 있다는 것이다. 그들의 영혼들은 이 사건에 대해 깊은 지식을 가졌고, 많은 다른 방식으로 이 전환에 참여하는 그 선택을 만들었다. 너희 지구계에 남은 그러한 너희에게는 그것이 매우 고통스러울 수 있지만, 너의 친구들과 사랑하는 가족들이 너를 돕고, 지원하고 있음을 알아라, 우주가 알고 있듯이 말이다. 그들과 그들의 놀라운 선물들이 너를 지도할 것인데, 네가 여기서 계속 자라고 배우도록 말이다. - 창조자

 

Oh, what a roller coaster of emotions you have been on these past few days! Old stuff is coming to the surface and bursting forth faster than you can process it. The highs are so high you feel as if you will float away! When the not so good stuff comes, your body and soul react to the release with that high feeling, buoyant and light. The best thing you can do for yourself in these moments is to treat yourself gently and lovingly. Feed your body nourishing, comforting foods and take a bit of time daily to be in a quiet, non-invasive space. The ups and downs may be challenging for you to move through but, as always, The Universe knows you can do it and is supporting you.

 

Another noteworthy effect of this shift; some are choosing to cross over very quickly and without prior notice. Their souls had a deep knowledge of this event and made the choice to participate in this shift in a much different way. It may be very painful for those of you left on your Earth plane but know that your friends and loved ones are helping and supporting you just as The Universe is. They and their amazing gifts will guide you as you continue to grow and learn here. ~ Creator
