너의 가치는 다른 사람에게 의존하지 않는다. 다른 이들이 너에 대해 무엇을 생각하는가, 느끼는가, 말하는가는 정말로 문제 되지 않는다. 그러나 네가 너에 대해 생각하거나 느끼거나, 말하는 것은 문제가 된다. 너의 마음은 네가 가장 잘 이해하는 방식으로 그것으로 제공되는 자극들의 모든 조각들을 받아들이는 복잡하고 매혹적인 기계이다. 만약 네가 그것으로 부정적인 생각과 느낌을 주입한다면, 그것은 그것들을 갈망할 것인데, 정확히 그것이 필요로 하는 것을 주기 위한 상황들을 창조하면서 말이다. 반대로 만약 네가 그것으로 좋은 생각들과 느낌을 제공한다면, 그것은 같은 것을 갈망할 것이다. 오늘 너는 너의 뇌로 주입하기 위해 무엇을 선택하겠는가? - 창조자

 

Your worth is not dependent upon another. What others think, feel or say about you does not really matter. However, what you think, feel or say about yourself does. Your mind is an intricate and fascinating machine, taking in every bit of stimulus offered to it in a way you can best understand. If you feed it negative thoughts and feelings, it will crave those, creating situations to give it exactly what it needs.
