나의 사랑이여, 깊이 숨 쉬는 것을 기억해라, 그 일이 시작되었기 때문이다! 네가 단지 숨 쉬는 외에 무언가를 특별히 하는 것이 필요하지 않다. 만약 어떤 생각이나 감정이 이 변화의 시간 동안 일어난다면, 그것을 인정해라, 그 도움에 대해 그것에게 감사해라, 그리고 너의 존재 속의 모든 사랑으로 그것을 내보내라. 그것은 너를 오랫동안 안전하고 안정되게 지켜주었으며, 그 명예를 가질 자격이 있다. 지금까지 잘 이루어진 일에 대해 너 자신을 축하해라... 그리고 숨 쉬는 것을 계속해라. - 창조자
