나의 사랑하는 이여, 네가 막힌 듯이 느낄 때들이 있을 것이고, 그것은 괜찮다. 네가 너의 성장을 증진하기 위해 충분히 하지 못했다고 느끼는 때들이 있을 테지만, 그것은 괜찮다. 네가 어떤 발전도 전혀 만들지 못한 것처럼 느낄 때들이 있을 것이고, 그것은 괜찮다! 자기-의심의 그러한 순간들에서, 우주가 너의 확장을 보았고 주목했음을 부디 기억해라, 비록 네가 아무것도 변하지 않은 듯이 느낀다 해도 말이다. 일어나지 않은 것에 대해 너 자신을 꾸짖는 대신, 비록 어떤 것도 변하지 않는 듯이 느껴질 수 있어도, 그것은 가장 확실히 있다는 그 사실에서 위안해라! - 창조자

 

My darling one; there will be times where you feel stuck and that is ok. There will be times where you feel that you have not done enough to enhance your growth and that is ok. There will be times where you feel like you have not made any progress at all and that is ok! In those moments of self-doubt, please remember that The Universe has seen and makes note of your expansion even though you feel as if nothing has changed. Instead of berating yourself for what has not happened, take comfort in the fact that even though it may feel as if nothing is moving, it most certainly is! ~ Creator
