하나의 부드러운 상기할 거리: 너는 너의 성장과 치유에 책임이 있는 자이고, 너는 너의 지각/인식들과 감정들에 책임이 있는 자이다. 만약 네가 “넌 내가 ( )을 느끼게 만들고 있어”나, "넌 나에게 ( )을 행하고 있어"를 말하기를 선택한다면, 너는 너의 힘을 포기하고 있다. 너는 어느 주어진 순간에 너인 인물에 대해 유일하게 책임이 있다. 일단 네가 이 개념을 이해한다면, 일들이 더 쉽게 풀릴 것이다. 언제나처럼, 자유 의지는 너의 것이다! - 창조자

 

A gentle reminder; you are the one in charge of your growth and healing, you are in charge of your perceptions and emotions. If you choose to say, “You are making me feel ____” or “You are doing ____ to me”, you are relinquishing your power. You are solely responsible for who you are in any given moment.
