너희 현재 세계에서는, 너무나 많은 너희가 성공적으로 너희 통신 도구들을, 감정을 막는 방해물로 사용했다. 만약 네가 슬프다고 느낀다면, 웃기는 비디오를 보아라. 만약 네가 분노를 느낀다면, 공격적인 비디오 게임을 놀아라. 만약 네가 속상하다면, 네가 정말로 느끼는 것이 아닌 다른 무언가에 대해 다른 사람과 얘기해라. 그것들로부터 숨거나 마스크를 쓰는 대신, 네가 너의 감정을 그것들이 오는 어떤 형태든 완전히 받아들이는 것이 중요하다. 네가 느끼는 모든 부정적인 감정에 대해, 일단 그것이 방출된다면, 더 긍정적인 감정이 뒤따를 것이다. 지금은 그것들로부터 도망가기를 멈출 시간이다! 그 감정들을 받아들여라, 그런 다음 그것들을 내보내라…. 그리고 자라거라! - 창조자

 

In your modern world, so many of you have successfully used your communication tools as a distraction to keep from feeling. If you feel sad, watch a funny video. If you feel angry, play an aggressive video game. If you are upset, talk to another person about anything other than what you are truly feeling. Instead of hiding from or masking them, it is important for you to fully embrace your emotions in whatever form they come to you.
