지금은 다시 한번, 너의 안전한 공간에 정착해서, 새로운 변화를 위해 준비할 시간이다. 자기-돌봄을 실행해라, 너 자신을(그리고 너 주위의 자들을) 친절과 연민으로 대하는 것은 이것을 통해 움직이는 가장 부드러운 길이 될 것이다. 네게는 도구들과 기술들, 지혜와, 또한 전에 이것을 많이 해본 체험들이 주어졌다. 친애하는 이여, 내일로 쉽고 평화롭게 움직여라, 네가 우주에 의해 보호되고 있음을 알면서 말이다. - 창조자
