가장 친애하는 어린이여, 너희 세계의 근래 변화들과 놀라운 일들로 불안해지는 것은 완벽하게 받아들일 만하다. 그것은 네가 잊어버렸을 수 있는 매우 오래된 감정들을 불러올 수도 있다. 그것들을 무시하거나 너 자신에게 ‘그건 큰일이 아니야’라고 말하기보다는, 네가 가질 수 있는 어떤 감정이든 청산되기 위해 표면으로 올라오게 허용해라. 가끔 지나가는 유일한 길은 그것들을 통해 움직이는 것이다. 너의 청산 시간 동안 너 자신을 부드럽게 대해라, 그리고 네가 우주에 의해…. 항상…. 지원받고 있음을 알아라! - 창조자

Rather than ignoring them or telling yourself it is no big deal, allow any feelings you may be having to come to the surface to be cleared. Sometimes, the only was past is to move through them.
