너는 너의 동료 인간들의 많은 이들이 다른 이들과 그들 자신을, 그들의 몸과 그들의 이상들을 어떻게 사랑하는지를 잊어버린 것을 주목했을 수 있다. 치유의 광대한 부분은 너 자신을 사랑하는 것으로 시작한다. 만약 네가 그것을 할 수 없다면, 작게 시작해라, 너의 창조물에 내재한 신성한 불꽃을 찾아서 사랑해라. 일단 네가 그것과 편안해질 때, 더 큰 일들로 움직여라. 그것은 모두 단번에 일어나지 않을 수 있지만, 그것은 일어날 것이다. 사랑하는 이여, 지금은 치유를 시작할 시간이고…. 그 모든 것은 너와 함께 시작된다. - 창조자

 

You may have noticed that many of your fellow humans have forgotten how to love others, themselves, their bodies, their ideals. You may have even forgotten how. An immense part of healing begins with loving yourself. If you are unable to do it, start small; find the Divine Spark placed within upon your creation and love it. Once you are comfortable with that, move on to bigger things. It may not happen all at once but, it will happen. It is time to begin healing, dear one…and it all starts with you. ~ Creator
