이 소란스러운 시간 동안 변하고 자라는 것이 너 자신에게 괜찮으며, 그것이 너에게 무엇처럼 보일지, 어떻게 느껴질지를 정확히 파악하는 것이 도전적으로 될 수 있다. 만약 네가 의문 속에 있다면, 숨을 쉬고, 네게 보여달라고 우주에 요청해라. 너는 움직일 방향이나 대답 없이 절대 남겨지지 않는다. 너는 기꺼이 귀를 기울이겠느냐? - 창조자

 

It is okay to be yourself, to change and grow but, during this tumultuous time, it may be challenging to figure out exactly what that looks and feels like to you.
