"미드웨이어들은 인간들이 아니고, 또한 그들은 천사들도 아니지만, 2차 미드웨이어들은 성질에서 천사보다는 인간에게 더 가깝고, 그들은 어떤 면에서 너희 인종들이며, 그러므로 인간 존재들과의 그들의 접촉에서 매우 이해심이 깊고, 동조적이다."
