네가 너에게 혹독해지기 시작하기 전에, 우주는 너에게 몇 개의 질문들로 대답하라고 요청하고 있다: 네가 너에게 말하는 것이 현재 순간에 창조된 무엇인가, 아니면 과거로부터 ‘재방송된’ 것인가? 이 부정적 자기-독백의 순환을 시작한 어떤 방아쇠나, 네가 취급되고 있는 방식이 있었느냐? 너는 정말로 너 자신에게 들리는 너의 머릿속에 울리는 그 말들을 받을 자격이 있느냐? 우주는 너에게 말하기 위해 여기 있는데, 네가 배운 것, 그 방아쇠가 무엇인지, 혹은 얼마나 많은 때 그 부정적인 것이 말해졌거나/들렸는가에 상관없이, 네가 더 이상 그것을 체험할 필요가 없다고 말이다. 너 자신에 대한 조건 없는 사랑으로/그 사랑에서, 그 대사를 바꾸어라! (미소 지으며) 그다지 좋지 않은 일들을 너 자신을 위해 아름답고, 경이로우며, 놀라운 말들로 바꾸어라. 너는 너의 내적 일을 해왔고, 연민과 친절을 연습했으며, 또한 최고의 존중심에서 정직성과 진실성을 가져왔다. 너는 가치 있고, 긍정적인 자기-독백의 보상을 받을 자격이 있다! - 창조자

 

Before you start being hard on yourself, The Universe is asking you to answer a couple of questions: Is what you are saying to yourself something created in the moment or is it a ‘playback’ from the past? Was there some trigger or way you are being treated that begins this cycle of negative self-talk? Do you really deserve the words echoing in your head to be heard by yourself? The Universe is here to tell you that regardless of what you learned, what the triggers are or how many times negative have been said/heard, you no longer need to experience it. With and in Unconditional Love for yourself, change the narrative! (Smiling) Change the not so good things to beautiful, awesome, amazing words for yourself. You have been doing your inner work, practicing compassion and kindness as well as holding honesty and integrity in the highest regard. You are worthy and deserving of the reward of positive self-talk! ~ Creator
